Ron Muller
After graduating in Transport and Logistics, Ron started his career at Dutch Railways (NS) and later switched to the multimodal operator Syntus, where he was active in different strategic and operational management functions. After 9 years in the thick of public transport operations at NS and Syntus he switched to TransTec in 2005, first as a consultant and later as a senior consultant. His broad experience acquired during his time at NS and Syntus stills serves him well. As a consultant he distinguishes himself by a very structured and direct working style. He loves to manage projects that combine the need for process management as well as professional input. He has a flexible and pragmatic attitude and does not get detracted from the goals to achieve or solutions to be developed. Particular areas of expertise include tendering, network development, public transport planning, operational management, efficiency, data analysis and safety systems.
